A weekend getaway in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, geared towards practicing and developing self: awareness, love, and care. This retreat is best if enjoyed with a friend or a partner, but feel free to come solo!
Together, we will fellowship, conduct daily group activities, go skiing, practice meditation and yoga, enjoy plant-based cooking by our personal chef, receive therapeutic group sessions by licensed therapists, & much more!

Reap the benefits of mindfulness and breathing techniques, with yoga and meditation, led by our lovely yoga instructor.

Enjoy a delicious plant-based meal for brunch and dinner, compliments of the chef, who specializes in plant-based cooking.
Escape, Relax, and Recharge for two full nights in a comfortable multi-room cabin, where most of our activities and dining will take place. Each pair will have their own bedroom.
Skiing at Jack Frost Mountains
What’s the Pocono Mountains without skiing?! Like each of our retreats, we will be going out of our comfort zones…but this time by skiing! Can’t ski? No worries! On this optional activity, you have the opportunity to have a 1 hour guided ski lesson!
Promoting the importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and challenging our ways of thinking, through open discussions, group sharing circles, and journaling. We will also have group therapeutic sessions, led by licensed therapists.
In addition to skiing, there will be additional optional local activities, surrounding peace and relaxation, where you and/or your partner may venture off and partake in. Treat yourselves!
